You can cancel your direct debit at any time. Please email jen@superstartots.com to ask for future payments to be cancelled. 

We do not offer any refunds for payments received. We offer a free trial class for families to make sure they are happy with our classes. Once we have cancelled your direct debit, you are still able to attend classes until the end of the month.

As much as possible, please let us know if you plan on missing a class (so we can organise the logistics of the class). If you miss a class, no need to worry - please just attend the class next week.

You may be able to join another class (if there is space). To do this please whatsapp us on 07500661664. 

For the 2.5 - 3.5 year olds class - definitely yes! You can help your child with the activities, keeping them with the group and making sure they are engaged with the activity.

For the older classes, it is based on your child and how they are doing. If they need some help, please feel free to jump in and help them and get as involved as you would like. Every child is different and so some children will need a bit of assistance. 

If children can take part in the activities without any parental assistance, we would ask you to let them do it on their own!

Unfortunately not. Our insurance doesn't cover us for us being solely responsible for all of the children and we ask you to stay and see all of the fun!

Please dress your child in sporty/comfortable clothes and trainers to run around in. Please also bring a filled water bottle.

We will have optional, Superstar Sporty Tots kit available to purchase if you would like (coming soon!).

Yes - the monthly fee covers 48 weeks of the year. The weeks we are not running are:

- April 11 - 17 (Easter Bank Holiday)

-May 30 - June 5 (Spring, Platinum Jubilee Bank Holiday)

-December 23 - January 3 (Christmas & New Year)

If for any reason, there are other classes that we can't run, you will receive a £6.50 refund per class.

Yes - each coach has a PVG background check and two references 

Our activity curriculum is organised by our central staff and we train all of our staff on the activities on a weekly basis. Each activity has a risk assessment and safety is of paramount importance. 

Our classes are held in sports / church / community halls. During the summer when the weather permits, we will have the classes outside (this will be communicated in advance via email and whatsapp)

Yes and yes! All of our coaches have a background in sport and teaching. They go through a rigorous assessment process and they go through extensive staff training and they also shadow classes to ensure they understand what is expected of them. 

There are always two coaches per class - a lead coach and an assistant coach. The lead coach will lead the majority of the activities and the assistant coach will help keep the group together and make sure the next activity is ready. 

We have a maximum of 20 kids in each class with two coaches.

Yes - at least one coach per class is first aid trained
